South Korean battery manufacturer SK On is in talks with Nissan Motor about joint production of battery cells for the Japanese automaker in the US.

US manufacturer American Battery Factory (ABF) will be purchasing automation technology and machines from Chinaʼs “LEAD Intelligent Equipment” for its first gigafactory in Arizona.
