Die Angaben beziehen sich auf Aktivmaterial – Hersteller für Binder, Additive und Elektrolyte wurden vorerst nicht berücksichtigt. Auch Recycling-Anlagen wurden ausgespart. Ein Überblick zu aktuellen Recycling-Projekten für Lithium-Ionen-Batterien ist stattdessen hier zu finden.
