Nach zahlreichen Ankündigungen neuer Projekte zur Batterieproduktion in Europa hat „Battery-News.de“ ein weiteres Update zur Zellherstellung veröffentlicht. Die entsprechenden Daten stammen dabei wie gewohnt aus offiziellen Mitteilungen der jeweiligen Akteure und aus seriösen Quellen zur Batterieproduktion.

Was ist neu?
Die neuen Ankündigungen seit der letzten Karte umfassen:
- Northvolt mit einer Gigafactory in Deutschland,
- Northvolt mit dem Plan des Umbaus einer Papierfabrik in eine Batteriematerialfabrik, die auch eine Zellfertigung aufweisen soll,
- Volkswagen mit einer neuen Zellfertigung in Sagunt,
- die Fabrik von ACC im italienischen Termoli mit voraussichtlich 24 Gigawattstunden Jahreskapazität
- sowie Eurocell mit dem Plan einer Gigafactory in Westeuropa.
Zudem gibt es weitere Anpassungen. Neben Europa gab es in den vergangenen Tagen auch Ankündigungen aus dem angrenzenden Ausland. SK On, Ford und Koc planen eine Batteriefabrik im türkischen Ankara, die ab 2025 produzieren soll.
