Die Prüforganisation Dekra plant die Errichtung eines Testzentrums für Batteriesysteme. Die Anlage soll am Unternehmenssitz im brandenburgischen Klettwitz entstehen und künftig Systeme sowohl für automobile als auch für stationäre Anwendungen untersuchen. Eigenen Angaben zufolge investiert die Dekra einen zweistelligen Millionen-Betrag in das ab 2024 betriebsbereite Labor.

Zahlreiche Tests für breites Kundenspektrum

Das neue Testzentrum soll sämtliche notwendigen Batterietests unter einem Dach vereinen. Das Angebot soll demzufolge auch Abuse-Tests von Akkus umfassen. Zu den Kunden sollen neben Fahrzeugherstellern und Zulieferbetrieben auch Batterieproduzenten, Engineering-Dienstleister und Behörden gehören.
