Der chinesische Automatisierungsanbieter LEAD Intelligent Equipment und Siemens haben ein Rahmenabkommen über eine globale strategische Zusammenarbeit unterzeichnet. Demnach liefert Siemens zukünftig eine Reihe von digitalen Industrieprodukten, Dienstleistungen und Lösungen an LEAD. Durch die Zusammenarbeit wolle LEAD einen höheren Grad der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung in seiner Fertigung erreichen und seine betriebliche Effizienz verbessern.
LEAD will Leistungssteigerung erzielen
Die von Siemens bereitgestellten Produkte und Dienstleistungen sollen LEAD zu größeren Synergien zwischen Hardware und Software verhelfen, heißt es. Die gewonnenen Daten sollen dabei als Grundlage zur Leistungssteigerung dienen. LEAD bezeichnet Siemens als ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen im Bereich der industriellen Automatisierung und Digitalisierung und als einen „entscheidenden Akteur bei der Einführung und dem Wachstum von Industrie 4.0“. Siemens unterhält strategische Partnerschaften mit mehreren Batteriezellen- und Automobilherstellern.
