Die Universität Bayreuth stellt am Mittwoch, 22. Juni, um 13 Uhr ihren neuen Master-Studiengang „Batterietechnik“ in einer Online-Videokonferenz vor. Das Angebot ziele darauf ab, nationale und internationale Expert:innen auf dem Gebiet der Batterietechnologie für Spitzenpositionen in Industrie, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft auszubilden. Der Master in „Batterietechnik“ eröffne zudem die Option auf ein individuelles Forschungsstipendium. Der deutschlandweit einzigartige Studiengang profitiere von der Nähe zum „Bayerischen Zentrum für Batterietechnik“ der 1975 eröffneten, forschungsorientierten Campus-Universität. Ein weiterer Studiengang im Batteriebereich
An der Universität Bayreuth geht zum Wintersemester 2022/2023 ein weiterer neuer Master-Studiengang im Bereich der Batterieforschung an den Start. Neben dem deutschsprachigen M. Sc. „Batterietechnik“ hat die Hochschule auch den englischsprachigen M. Sc. „Battery Materials and Technology“ ins Leben gerufen. Beide Programme befassen sich mit Batterietechnologien, ihren wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen und modernen Ansätzen zur Weiterentwicklung von Energiespeichersystemen, Elektromobilität und „Power Tools“. Während „Batterietechnik“ einen stark ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Ansatz verfolgt, besitzt „Battery Materials and Technology“ eine naturwissenschaftliche Ausrichtung.
