The Battery Production Department of VDMA (Advancing Europe’s Machinery Industry) focuses on the production technology of batteries of all technologies, with an emphasis on lithium-ion technology. The European member companies of the specialist department supply machines, systems, machine components, tools, and services along the entire battery production process chain – from raw material preparation, electrode production, and cell assembly through to module and pack production.
