Der Maschinenbauer Manz AG hat nach dem Erlasse des italienischen Ministerpräsidenten Conte angekündigt, die Arbeit am Entwicklungsstandort für Lithium-Ionen-Batterien bei Bologna in Italien wiederaufzunehmen. Vor einem Monat war in Folge der Corona-Ausbreitung die Arbeit an italienischen und deutschen Standorten eingestellt worden. In Deutschland wurde die Arbeit mit geänderten Rahmenbedingungen am 14.04.2020 wieder aufgenommen.

Ministerpräsident Conte hatte ein Schreiben unterzeichnet, dass bestimmten Unternehmen ab dem 14.04. die Aufnahme von Produktionstätigkeiten in Italien erlaubt. Auf dieser Liste ist die Lithium-Ionen-Batterie zu finden.

Manz stellt in Bologna Produktionstechnik für die Lithium-Ionen-Batterie her. Ergänzend sind hier Tätigkeiten zu Kondensatoren vertreten.
